The Full Armada - Star Trek Wines 6 Pack Collection

The good: I received the Full Armada pack as a gift. For the most part it seems like they try hard to put out a good product, the thought behind the wines, the sourcing of specific bottles, bringing in popular wine masters…etc. I am mostly happy with everything, however, The Bad: the individual numbering on the Cardassian wine is simply a tag with a number on it wrapped around the bottle and the ‘limited hand numbered’ Andorran Blue wine sold out 9 months ago (I emailed them to ask why I received the wrong product) and they never changed the advertising. You receive a standard bottle. If they were upfront and said this on their website that would be fine but to continue to use the false advertising to fool customers into purchasing the more expensive pack is wrong. Just sends the wrong message to customers. I doubt I’ll ever order from them again which it didn’t have to be that way. Just be honest. How hard is that? A customer willing to spend $300 on Star Trek wine but you are fine with losing them? Odd. Like I said, they try hard to put out a good product, just need to add honesty and you will be set. 9 months is plenty of time to update your website. Thank you.
